We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during booking
• Respect the property and its amenities
• Follow house rules and local regulations
• Pay all applicable fees and charges
• Report any issues or damages immediately
• Maintain appropriate behavior during your stay

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your booking and account:

• Smoking in non-smoking areas
• Bringing unauthorized pets
• Exceeding maximum occupancy limits
• Hosting parties without permission
• Damaging property or amenities
• Violating local laws or regulations

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both guests and property owners:

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in
• 50% refund for cancellations 3-7 days before check-in
• No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of check-in
• Force majeure events may qualify for full refund
• Processing fees are non-refundable
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

Payment terms and conditions for our services:

• 20% deposit required at time of booking
• Remaining balance due 7 days before check-in
• Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Net Banking
• All prices include applicable taxes
• Additional charges may apply for extra services
• Payment processing fees are non-refundable

Liability and Disclaimers

Luxe Staycations acts as an intermediary between guests and property owners. We are not responsible for:

• Property conditions or amenities not as described
• Disputes between guests and property owners
• Force majeure events affecting your stay

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Luxe Staycations and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Property images and descriptions are provided by property owners and are their responsibility to maintain accuracy and legality.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We encourage resolution of disputes through mediation before pursuing legal action.
